READ Fill-in Services
Add Over three week Fill-in from the add-on screen (It is the first option) if your nails are over this time period.
Select the Full-Set option and removal of product if you are over the five week time period. I will not do a fill-in on nails over five weeks.
A fill-in over another Nail Techs work is a foreign fill-in. Select this if it applies to you.

Payment Policy
- Any payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. (NO REFUNDS)
- Credit/debit cards only. No cash accepted
Rescheduling Policy
- A 48 hour notice prior to your appointment is required to reschedule. If you fail to reschedule (option is located in your confirmation email) in the required timeframe, you forfeit your payment for that appointment.
- A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.
- Again, payments are non-refundable and will not be applied to a new appointment.
Cancellation Policy
- Should you cancel your appointment for any reason, you forfeit your payment.
- A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

No-Show Policy
- If you have a balance and you are a no-show for your appointment, payment will be charged to the credit card that was used to reserve your appointment.
- If your credit card on file is declined, you will be prohibited from making future appointments with Artisan Nailz. In the event that your user account is blocked, you may remit all unsettled fees via the CashApp to the following CashTag: $ArtisanNailz.
Late Policy
- Artisan Nailz operates by appointments only. Your tardiness may interrupt the experience of other clients, so please be mindful of my time and others for their allotted timeframes.
- Please send a text message to my cellular phone at (202) 340-5758 as soon as you become aware that you are going to be late. You will be allowed a 10-minute grace period.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled automatically, and you will be charged 100% of your remaining balance. The payment will be charged to the credit card that was used to reserve the appointment.
- If the credit card on file is declined, you will be prohibited from making future appointments with Artisan Nailz. In the event that your user account is blocked, you may remit all fees via the CashApp to the following CashTag: $ArtisanNailz
- If I am able to accommodate you after your 10 minute grace period, you will forgo any additional add-ons. No extra time will be added to your appointment. Full payment is still required plus a $20 late fee.
Accidental Cancellation Policy
- Should you accidentally cancel your appointment, there will be a $10 fee added to correct the mistake.
- Please notify me immediately. If you do not notify me within the hour of the mistake you forfeit your payment and a new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.
